About

The idea layer
before the pitch deck.

SwipeStart exists for the stage nobody has tooling for: the moment before the company, when all you have is an itch to build something and no idea what to build, or with whom.

What SwipeStart is

SwipeStart is a swipe-based app for startup ideas. The library is seeded by AI, sharpened by the community, and ranked by real swipes. Instead of staring at a blank page, you browse concepts with a category, difficulty rating, and market-size estimate attached. Swipe right to save, left to pass, up to claim an idea as yours to build.

Why we built it

Most startups don't fail at the code. They fail before it, on an idea nobody wanted or a co-founder search that never converged. The existing tools for both are heavy: pitch decks, accelerator applications, cold DMs. We think the earliest stage should feel more like play and less like paperwork, and that a thousand honest swipes are a better first signal than one polite pitch meeting.

How matching works

When two builders swipe up on the same idea, that's a match. Nobody pitches anybody; you start from aligned intent, because you both already want to build the same thing. When an idea catches enough attention, an AI validation report covers the market, competitors, and a go/no-go call before you commit real time to it.

Ideas are public by design

Every idea on SwipeStart is open for anyone to see, swipe on, and build. That's deliberate: ideas are cheap, execution is everything, and openness is what makes matching possible. If a concept needs to stay secret, SwipeStart isn't the place for it, and we say so plainly in our terms.

Who builds it

SwipeStart is built by Wesley Breukers and operated by Breukers Willem Albertus E.E., registered at Valaoritou 1, TK 10671, Athens, Greece (GEMI 186520701000 · VAT 802973201). It's a small, independent product, so every support message lands with a person who also ships the code. Say hello any time via the contact page or at [email protected].
