The service

SwipeStart (Breukers Willem Albertus E.E., Valaoritou 1, TK 10671, Athens, Greece; GEMI: 186520701000; VAT: 802973201) lets you browse, submit and match on startup ideas and chat with matches. You must be at least 16 to use it.

Your content

Ideas and messages you post remain yours; you grant us a licence to host and display them in the app. Don't post content that is illegal, infringing, harassing or misleading. You can report any content in-app; we review reports and remove content that breaks these rules, and will state our reasons when we do (DSA). Repeated violations can lead to suspension. Decisions can be appealed at [email protected].

Ideas are public by design

Anything you submit is shown to other users. Don't submit confidential material. SwipeStart does not grant or track intellectual property rights in ideas.

Subscriptions and purchases

SwipeStart Pro is sold as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed by Apple via your App Store account. Yearly plans start with a 7-day free trial; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24h before in your App Store settings, where you can also cancel renewal at any time. Prices are shown including VAT. For purchases of digital content you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day withdrawal right lapses once the service is delivered; App Store refund requests are handled by Apple.

Liability

The service is provided as-is for matching and discovery; we are not a party to any collaboration you enter with a match. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

Governing law
